Terms of cancellation

For Hotel Bookings

In order to confirm and guarantee each reservation, we ask for a credit card number and its expiration date.

Reservations may be cancelled or modified 48 hours prior to arrival. After this time lapse, the first night of the stay will be charged.

For all High Season bookings, a pre-payment is required, and your booking can be changed up to 14 days prior to the arrival date.

  • In case of a no-show: the full amount of the stay will be charged.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing by the customer.

Above 5 rooms (group) : Reservation is editable up to 14 days prior to the arrival date. After this deadline, all the nights of the stay will be invoiced.

For Restaurant Reservations, we require a credit card imprint (credit card number with expiry date) as a guarantee. No amount will be debited, except in case of late cancellation or no-show. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance or in case of no-show, we inform you that an amount of “price of a menu x number of reserved places = xx €” will be debited from this credit card.

Opening Hours

The hotel is open every day of the year.

Our Restaurant is open from Wednesday, to Saturday Evenings from 7pm to 9pm for Dinner
and on Sunday Lunch from 12pm to 2pm. 
Sunday, Monday & Tuesday evenings for hotel guests only, gourmet platter on request.

During summer, our terrace is always available for you to relax and have a drink. 

Sales Conditions

Room rates are per night; supplements are per day and per person.
Reservations are made by room category. Under no circumstances can the room number be taken into account at the time of booking. If you have a preference for a particular room number or situation, we will do our utmost to accommodate you.
