The Team
A family story! From a very young age, Camille, Arthur and Antoine share an interest for hotel and catering industry. Following their separate experiences rubbing shoulders with famous chefs, they seize the opportunity to gather around their shared passion.
2019, La couronne is purchased, renovated and becomes La Couronne by K.
2025 year of changes, Camille has taken off towards new horizons and it is now Vincent Rimmely, returning to his native region, who has the pleasure of introducing you to his passionate, creative, local and seasonal cuisine. The youngest of the siblings, Antoine joined the kitchen team.
Whether for lunch or dinner, or a stay at the hotel, Arthur and his team will be happy to accompany you during your visit.
Let yourself be surprised by his wine list whether you are an amateur or a connaisseur.
With the support of their mother Isabelle, the siblings welcome you in a friendly atmosphere.
