This museum is dedicated to the art and work of René Lalique, a jewelry designer and glassblower born in 1880 and who died in 1945. Over 650 pieces are on display, retracing the career of this genius goldsmith. He was one of the leading artists of the Art Nouveau period. The collections include jewelry, drawings, perfume bottles, glass and crystal.
This unique venue presents a broad panorama of creations marked by different artistic trends of the early 20th century, such as Art Deco. The building’s architecture is composite: a blend of ancient and contemporary, with surrounding gardens.
