2025 year of changes, Camille has taken off towards new horizons and it is now
Vincent Rimmely, returning to his native region, who has the pleasure of
introducing you to his passionate, creative, local and seasonal cuisine. The
youngest of the siblings, Antoine joined the kitchen team.
